MARCH 1, 7:30 PM
ROOSEVELT HIGH SCHOOL
THEATRE
Eva Schloss, a Nazi concentration camp survivor, will visit Seattle's Roosevelt High School to be an active part in And Then They Came For Me, Remembering the World of Anne Frank, a play based on her book, Eva's Story.
Currently living in London with her husband Zvi, Schloss is the stepsister of renowned child writer Anne Frank and has spent her life spreading a message of tolerance based upon her experiences.
Schloss, whose mother married Anne Frank's father after the war, went into hiding for two years before being captured and sent to Auschwitz. After being freed from Auschwitz by Russian troops, Schloss made her way to the Netherlands through Russia, Turkey and Europe.
A true survivor and remarkable human being, Schloss travels around the world to visit productions of And Then They Came For Me. At Roosevelt, she will hold a question and answer session after each performance.
